“Bottom” according to Greek mythology, the sea was the kingdom of the god Poseidon. His palace was at the bottom and with his chariot pulled by sea horses with bronze legs and a golden mane, he rose to the surface, galloping on the waves. A masterpiece of paradise colors waiting to be discovered by mortals........

Once upon a time, diving seemed inaccessible, something only a very courageous and tough few could do.

Only the frogmen...... a black and frightening sea.....

Today the situation has changed thanks to many people such as Jacques-Yves Cousteau, Papagrigorakis' book, the pioneering work of Nikos Kartelias, diving educational organizations, the development of diving tourism. Children, men, women, the elderly, the disabled, everyone can dive and enjoy the uniquely wonderful world of the seabed. A spectacular flora and fauna.
