Hypothermia is an unacceptable condition for a scuba diver.

He should never allow himself to be in such conditions that would lead him there.

Diving in a cold environment with inadequate thermal protection is one of the many aggravating factors. The more demanding the dive we undertake, the more preventive measures to avoid such a situation are necessary.
