Articles on state bodies are rare, but this is a tribute that should have been made because the Rafina Central Port Authority, like all other corresponding port authorities, offer a great deal to the Greek scuba diver.

Since I was active as a school within the boundaries of the Rafina Port Authority, I felt the obligation to create this article.
