Hellas Underwater Explorers celebrates 30 years of contribution to our beloved autonomous diving, particularly in Technical diving and exploration, by organizing the 3rd Diving Conference titled "Developments in Technical / Recreational Diving & Ocean Pollution, Protection of the Underwater Environment".

The conference is held in collaboration with DEREE - The American College of Greece.

The Conference will feature distinguished speakers, scientists, instructors and the holder of the deepest open circuit dive: 332 meters Mr. Ahmed Gabr, Guinness World Record holder for the deepest open circuit dive. TDI Advanced Trimix Instructor Trainer and JJCCR instructor. Founder of Gabr Tek company for coral restoration.

The Conference will include a historical retrospective of the work of Hellas Underwater Explorers since 1995 and of the founder & team leader George Petrou since 1982.
